1. Shipping Coverage
TPC INC ships orders across the United Arab Emirates, including all major cities and emirates. Furthermore, International shipping is available to major cities worldwide; deliveries to remote locations may incur additional costs and are subject to our courier area coverage.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery within the UAE:
- UAE: 1–2 business days
- OTHER COUNTRIES: 3–5 business days
Delivery times may vary based on courier availability, weather, or unforeseen delays.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Any additional courier surcharges (remote area fees, re-delivery fees, etc.) may apply and will be communicated if applicable.
5. Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or failure to respond to the courier, re-delivery fees may apply.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (depending on the courier’s system).
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
TPC INC is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
