At TPC INC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.
Return Period
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if items are:
- Unused and unopened if pen sold in a new condition
- In original packaging
- Complete with all accessories and promotional items
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used pens or opened refills if pen sold in a new condition
- Customized, engraved, or special-order items
- Clearance or final-sale products
- Items damaged after delivery
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- TPC INC does not provide prepaid return labels.
- Returned items must be shipped using a trackable courier service.
How to Request a Return
Contact us by email within 7 days with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide return instructions.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once items are received and inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
